第一篇:Physical Review B

这一篇是和在科大读博的本科室友一起开发了个基于图神经网络的晶体结构搜索软件SCCOP。这一篇是雏形,整了一个简单的算例,做了下有序无序结构搜索。当时不太懂,重点在于量大(算了好几个体系)、唬人(蹭强化学习热点)。实际内容现在看起来比较简单,但对于刚入门的人来说,还是可以借鉴一下的。

历时4个月,还挺快,审稿人花了2个月。审稿人面恶心善,嘴上比较刁钻,实际上还是给过了。
第四篇:npj Computational Materials
标题:Graph deep learning accelerated efficient crystal structure search and feature extraction

这一篇是SCCOP完善以后的第一篇文章,运用对称性的方法生成结构,以图神经网络为基础的预测模型预测能量,用退火来适当的优化结构,从而在生成的几万个可能构型中找到低能结构。这篇文章以二维BCN为例,搜了全组分的结构,并用类似expansion cluster的方法提取能量、带隙贡献。并和USPEX, CALYPSO等软件作了比较。这篇文章水平还是有的,算是给结构搜索领域提供了一个新的思路。

总共耗时9个月,主要是审稿人太难找了,第一轮审稿找了6个月审稿人。不过也是面恶心善,第一轮嘴上怼的很狠,实际上回复以后都点了accept,并且再回复就比较和蔼了。
第五篇:The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters
标题:Enhanced anharmonicity by forming symmetry-breaking phase in two-dimensional group-IB chalcogenides.
